Return/Cancel Policy

We have selected our products carefully and are confident you will love everything you purchase at Weedle Weedle. However, if an item isn't exactly what you wanted, you may return it for a store credit.  

Cancellation Policy - In Stock and Pre-Order Items

IN STOCK ITEMS:  Orders of in stock items may be canceled prior to shipping, but once an order is being processed, we can not cancel (you can check your account to confirm your order status).  If you do cancel, you will receive a store credit for the order amount, which you can use on a future purchase.  We do not refund via PayPal.  

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:  Please pre-order carefully, as we can't guarantee any changes to your order (sizes and colors may not be available later, there are limited quantities).  If you have any questions about sizing or color, please contact us before pre-ordering.  Pre-order delivery dates are estimates.  If there are manufacturing delays, we will post a notification on our Facebook page.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on most new, unused, unwashed, unworn merchandise, still in its original packaging.  Used, sale items, clearance items or final sale items cannot be returned.  We cannot accept returns of items with pet hair, odor, smoke, perfume, etc.  

Skincare may not be returned.

**Due to the natural material of the Baltic Amber jewelry, returns will be taken on a case by case basis.  You MUST inspect the jewelry upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product to request a return for store credit.  Please email a photo and description to info@weedleweedle.com and complete an RMA through your account.**

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all products not returned in their original packaging.

If you received free items as part of a promotion, they must be also be returned or the value of the free items will be deducted from the return credit.

Returns must be processed through our RMA System.  Please note you must write your RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package or the package will be returned to sender.  You must also include the RMA form in the return package.  

Please follow these instructions to initiate the process and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization:

1.  Login to your account from the "My Account" link at the top of every page.
2.  Click on "View Details" next to the order you would like to return/exchange.
3.  Click on the "Add New RMA" button.
4.  Complete the form and click "Save RMA".  
5.  Instructions for completing your return/exchange will be emailed to you shortly.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the return shipping on all Returns.  The actual shipping cost less what you paid for shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

Gift Registry Returns
If you received a gift purchased from Weedle Weedle, you may return the item for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date (return policies apply).  If you do not have the original invoice number, please contact us at info@weedleweedle.com with the name of the purchaser and we will help you complete the return.

Defective Merchandise
Our manufacturers and the staff at Weedle Weedle do our best to ensure every item is free of defects.  However, sometimes an item has a manufacturer defect.  Defective items must be handled directly by the manufacturer.  If you need the manufacturer's contact information, please email us for assistance.
